been a refund issued on one of my accounts, which left my Paypal account with a negative balance of $140. I did not monitor the email address associated with this account because I formatted my system a while back and some information I didn’t update myself with. And what if I now had to make a purchase or a payment but the account is with a negative balance? Well I have the answer for those that are stuck.

Even if your PayPal account is with a negative balance, you can still make payments within PayPal. I will also show you what to do to still get paid if your Paypal account is with a negative balance. I always tell people to link their account with our MasterCard, (which you can find here along with its features). If you are using our MasterCard, that means your banking information to your PayPal account is associated with it, along with the credit card information. With that, it makes it real easy to still have your funds at any time by visiting any of the atm locations worldwide.

Making Payment if your PayPal account is with a negative balance.

To make a PayPal payment if your PayPal account is with a negative balance, just click on the PayPal option at whichever website you are trying to purchase something with.
It will bring you to the PayPal site and ask you to log into your PayPal account, or pay with a credit or debit card. You want to click on the option to pay with a credit or debit card.
A drop down screen will appear with credit or debit card details to be inputted. Go ahead and fill out the information about the card. Note – Even though this card is linked to the PayPal account it will still make payments for you as long as there’s money in the card (not your PayPal account).
From there, agree with the terms and conditions and your transaction should be completed.

That’s what has to be done if your PayPal account is with a negative balance and you want to make a PayPal payment.

If you want to be paid and your using my MasterCard, you can do the following.

Go to your MasterCard control panel provided to you at the time you received your MasterCard.
Look for the option to send a payment notification.
Input the email address and the name or company that you want to get payment from.
Once the information is completed, send it. It will send the person an email with your account detail and they will have options of payment. Regardless of the options, the funds go straight to your account which you can use or withdraw from any atm immediately after it has been cleared.
